Guide to Sending an Effective Email About Our Crisis

Add these to your email for emphasis.

CHOICE 1: CUT + PASTE
(include the Fact Sheet and/or Crisis Overview, links are below)

Dear Recipient,

I’m reaching out because I’m a homeowner at Centennial condos. You may know we have been struggling with issues from extensive water damage for over three decades.

The HOA has initiated a community education campaign to tell the story of our challenges. Please check out the attached Fact Sheet, Crisis Overview and our Voice of Centennial website for more details.

Feel free to forward this email to your friends so the community is informed about our story. Our goal is to reignite conversations with the City of Aspen and APCHA that will result in realistic solutions to our problems.

Many thanks,
Your Name
